The No-Conscription Fellowship (NCF); British anti-draft organization, founded in 1914 by pacifists Clifford Allen and Fenner Brockway and others. Aylmer R. M. Rose (b. 1888 in Ireland) was educated at Dublin. As a member of the Independent Labour Party at the outbreak of the First World War and an Absolutist and Secretary of the No-Conscription Fellowship, he was imprisoned at Wormwood Scrubs.
